Shipping policy

At NUTSMATE, we work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly, packed carefully, and delivered safely to your door. Our goal is to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all customers across Australia.

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours if possible, so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or periods of high demand (such as Black Friday or Christmas).


Shipping Methods & Flat Rates

All orders are shipped through Australia Post using the method selected at checkout.

We offer the following flat rates:

Standard Shipping — AUD 9.64

Express Shipping — AUD 12.72

For orders of AUD 90 or more:

Standard Shipping is FREE

Customers may upgrade to Express Shipping for an additional AUD 5.90

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.
Please keep in mind:

Delivery estimates provided by Australia Post are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to weather events, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or peak-season demand.

Once your order has shipped, NUTSMATE cannot expedite or alter delivery speeds managed by Australia Post.


Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can monitor delivery progress through Australia Post’s tracking system.


Accurate Address Requirement

Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.
NUTSMATE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and any additional costs related to misdelivery or reshipment will be the customer’s responsibility.

If Australia Post cannot deliver to your address, the parcel may be redirected to your local post office for collection.


Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or could not be delivered:

We will contact you to arrange reshipment

Additional shipping charges may apply


Order Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@nutsmate.com.au.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your parcel is marked as “Delivered” by Australia Post but cannot be located:

Please check with neighbours, building management, or local post office.

Contact Australia Post to open an investigation.

Notify us at info@nutsmate.com.au so we can assist.

While we will support you throughout the investigation, NUTSMATE cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders that Australia Post has officially marked as delivered.

If a parcel is lost in transit (before delivery is confirmed), we will assist in filing a claim and provide a solution depending on the carrier’s findings.


No International Shipping

At this time, NUTSMATE ships within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping.
