At Nutsmate, we stand behind the quality and durability of every product we make. Our goal is simple: give you grooming tools you can trust, backed by real support when you need it.

That’s why all our electric grooming products include a 2-year warranty covering any fault related to materials, components or manufacturing. If something stops working and it’s clearly due to the product itself—not accidental damage or misuse—you’re fully covered.

What’s covered

This warranty applies to issues such as:

Motor or battery failures not caused by drops or water misuse

Charging faults unrelated to damaged cables or improper handling

Internal electronic defects

Buttons or switches that stop working due to manufacturing issues

Ceramic or shaving heads with structural defects (not wear from regular use)

What’s not covered

To keep things clear and transparent, the warranty doesn’t apply to:

Damage caused by drops, impacts or misuse

Water damage when used outside the recommended waterproof rating

Normal wear-and-tear of blades or accessories

Loss, theft or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration)

Damage caused by third-party chargers or modifications

How to make a warranty request

A brief description of the issue

Photos or a short video showing what’s happening
